Initial Assessment and Treatment Plan Creation

$150 per hour regular rate| $125 per hour for first responders using private pay

During our first session our focus is on gathering needed history to better understand your story and what brought you to therapy. We explore symptoms, patterns and how you are potentially being negatively impacted by your stressors. Together we will create a treatment plan to capture your goals for therapy and discuss ways we can work to accomplish those goals during our time together.

Ongoing Individual Therapy

$125 per hour regular rate | $100 per hour for first responders using private pay

Crisis Consultation

$150 per hour

Has your business recently experienced an unexpected unfortunate event? Looking to support your employees through a difficult time but not sure as an employer what to expect or how to help? I offer onsite group and/or individual debriefings to help minimize the negative impact on your staff. Management consultations are also available to assist you as a leader to navigate what happens after the acute event is over.

Community Education

$150 per hour regular rate | $100 per hour for public servants

Are you or your organization looking to expand your knowledge of mental health? Hate public speaking and doing lots of research? Great news, I really like public speaking and enjoy putting my clinical experience to good use to decrease stigma and increase awareness of mental health topics. Additional topics available upon request.
